Jens Nielsen is the principal of Open Doors Capital and a full-time real estate investor. He has raised millions for apartment syndications and is a general partner in over 2,000 apartment units around the country valued at over $250M.
Jens is also a Certified High Performance Coach and has coached many new and experienced real estate investors to succeed in the business through accountability, personal growth, and consulting.

Eric Nelson has been investing in real estate for over 10 years, but it took a push from coaching and mentoring to start partnering and grow rapidly. Learn why “paying it forward” worked so well for Eric and why his success is due in large part to help from mentors and coaches.

Tom Groves is an Upstate New York-native real estate investor in multifamily, up and down the East Coast as well as in the Midwest. He is a 26-year veteran of the U.S. Navy as well as the U.S. Diplomatic Corps. His work in the highest levels on the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State and coordination and planning with international governments have forged Tom into an outgoing relationship builder.

Jason is the president and owner of Pero Real Estate. He built a portfolio of real estate rental properties while working a career as a medical sales representative. Jason balanced the demands of a high pressure sales environment, a young family, and growing a real estate portfolio. He was able to leave his job in 2012 as the portfolio grew to nearly 300 units, and currently owns around 1,400+ rental apartments.

Julie is the founder of Three Keys Investment, and helps people find their freedom through multifamily real estate investing so that they can live the life of their dreams! She has invested in single family homes, house-hacked before it had a name, managed properties from 1k miles away and passively invested in multifamily assets.

Kate Ishay, co-founder and director of marketing for Psyche Digital, has 10+ years of experience in marketing and branding with a MS in Global Marketing Management from Boston University. Her passion is helping businesses share compelling stories and utilize smart marketing strategies to compete with business giants.

Steven Pesavento is a real estate entrepreneur and Managing Partner of VonFinch Capital. Investing full-time since 2016, he’s completed over 200 transactions, renovated nearly 100 houses, and transacted over $180,000,000 in investment real estate. Steven is a Certified High-Performance Coach and a former Management Consultant for some of the Fortune 500’s top companies.

Tyler is a partner of Atlas Real Estate Capital, a boutique commercial real estate debt & equity originations firm based out of Sarasota, FL. Tyler has been involved with more than $1 Billion in originations over the last 7 years and has closed both debt and equity transactions across most major asset classes including multifamily, self storage, mobile home communities, retail, office, industrial and hospitality assets.

Jason graduated from the University of Central Florida and has since acquired 17 years of experience in the self-directed IRA industry. He has served as Director of Business Development, Director of Operations, and Vice President for NuView Trust Company – a self-directed custodian with over $2.1 Billion of assets under custody. Now, in his role as President, Jason oversees the day-to-day activities of the company.
